Web Remedies Motivational Computer Programs provide the following services:

Chat Room
24 hour access to a chat room where you can connect with other people who are doing what you are doing and may well be going through what you are going through. A chat room where you will have something in common with the other participants.

Information
Motivational information designed to provide you with the necessary information to stay stopped.

Design a Program
An individually tailored program includes items that you consider will help you achieve your goal to stop drinking. You may want to use Alcoholics Anonymous, you may want to start an exercise program. From a wide range of items you decide what you need to do each day.

Monitor Your Progress
At the end of each day, you assess your progress and a Motivational Score is calculated for you.

Chart Your Progress
Your Motivational Score is mapped against the intensity of cravings you had that day and your general mood score.

Interpret Your Progress
You will start to recognise your patterns. It will become clear to you what makes it harder and what makes it easier and you can adjust your program accordingly.

Feedback
Get daily feedback on your progress.

Email a counsellor
A professional counsellor is available for you to contact by email.

Read the drinking stories of other members.
Read what they've tried, and what works for them. Contact them if you identify with their story. Write your own story and support other people.
