Program at a glance:
DESIGN A DAILY PROGRAM
An individually tailored program includes items that you consider
will help you achieve your goal to stop drinking. You may want
to use A.A., you may want to start an exercise program.
From a wide range of items you decide what you need to do
each day.
MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS
At the end of each day, you assess your progress and a
Motivational Score is calculated for you.
CHART YOUR PROGRESS
Your Motivational Score is mapped against the intensity of
cravings you had that day and your general mood score.
INTERPRET YOUR PROGRESS
You will start to recognise your patterns. It will become clear to
you what makes it harder and what makes it easier and you can
adjust your program accordingly.
GET FEEDBACK ON YOUR PROGRESS
Your scores will automatically give rise to feedback from a
counsellor.
'SPEAK' TO A COUNSELLOR
Email a counsellor any time you feel the urge to speak to
someone about what you're going through.
INTERACT WITH OTHER MEMBERS
Chat to someone who understands. Connect with people who have
something in common with you.
TELL YOUR STORY
Every week you are invited to tell your drinking story. Disguise your
identity if you choose to by not giving identifying details but by posting
your story each week you can watch your own story changing from a
story of difficulty to a story of victory.
LEARN FROM OTHER PARTICIPANTS
You can read other people's stories and find out what worked for them.
DO IT NOW
DO IT PROPERLY
AND YOU WILL NEVER NEED TO DO IT
AGAIN
